A yearly Japanese matsuri organized by SMAN 7 Bogor Japanese extracurricular, Omamori no Shichi. The event was our first ever major event for the public which we need to organized, standardize, and preserve.

Prepared proposal to mentored the team on how to create and ran an event based on our observation from all regional event near our school.
Process & Approach
Visit and experiences multiple event to seek some advice on how to ran an event which would be the key point to differentiate our event with the other.
